Noise

Dear Sir,

There is a frequent noise pollution from my neighbour's water pump.It is beyond tolerable . Advice me to proceed legally. Thanks

ADVICE--

1. Better settle it amicably through some respectable persons in the society / Residents' Association.

2. If that does not work, complain to police. They can take action under section 268 IPC.

3.If necessary, contact a lawyer for further help.

YOU may consider making complaints to the authorities - municipal authorities, police; the pollution control board.
