Public disturbance - Playing
Sir,
My neighbor son is playing in the street , front of my house even during 8.00 or 10.00 pm along with gang of 30 numbers of his friends. There is a lot of unbearable noise and nuisance. Inspite of repeated request, they are still doing this . Is there any legal way to stop this and how ?

Children playing in the street between 8 and 10 p.m. are not violating any law.

There is a remedy in law if the nuisance you are suffering is really unbearable.
You are entitled to enjoy your peace, if you consider children's playing in the street has crossed your tolerance limits. Of course, any legal action may strain your relations with your neighbours.
Ist Step: You may make a phone call to the local police station or the mobile van for appropriate legal action.
2nd Step : File a complaint in the local court seeking a direction to the police to take preventive measures restraining children to create noise beyond tolerable levels.
