Trimming of a tree
In the backyard of our society, one fully grown Jackfruit tree which is giving lot of shadow and fruit as well. The chairman of the society wants to cut the branches ( it is not obstructing his flat) and trim it. Is it allowed to trim without obtaining the permission from Municipal Corpn. What is the punishment for such action. Please clarify. Since I have objected such an act.

You may make a complaint to the Municipal Corporation as also to the authorities of Forest Department.
