usage of drilling machine on a residential terrace

can a drilling machine used to dig roads be used on d terrrace of a building? wht is d limit of noise pollution caused by d drilling machine

There is no law as such preventing the usage of drill in terrace building. If for construction and maintenance it is so required to be done, that it has to be done, and you have no right of prevention. However, u can prevent them from using the same during night time, or prevent them from damaging your propery by such use.
