Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I am cancer patient, not not able to maintain my family and my wife suite file against me under IPC125. If will not pay ,can I be put into jail or I will be release due to my cancer.

You can file your medical reports and also disclose your financial condition in court, if your wife is financially sound you can ask for maintenance from her, in family court.
