Dear Sir,
I m married two years ago. I want to obtain for marriage Certificate. Mine is arrange marriage . Problem is . I & my wife residing in Mumbai but we got married at our native @ Tamilnadu. Our residential proof is of mumbai of boths. I have cancelled his name from their ration card & added to mine.As i contact local Municipal office they says it cant be done. Pls help wat can be done in this case. & where it is been done in mumbai. & Documents Required for it.????

You need to register it where you got married. Pandit who performed the ceremony needs to issue a certificate to the effect that he performed your marriage under Hindu rites. Based on such certificate, you can obtain registration at the local registrar in whose jurisdiction you got married.
