i want devorce from my husband there is no exact issue with us we are together since 10 years i have 7 years daughter my husband financial condition is very good my mom give me 2bedroom hk home at the time of our marriaged and some amt of gold iam not working anywhere my husbund is also aggree to get devorce in mutual understanding so pls tell me by law what type of compencetion i get and what about my daughters custody

as you both agree for divorce by mutual consent, then the alimony or compensation also has to be decided between you both. whatever amount that you both decide, would be handed over to you at the time of grant of divorce. it is advisable to execute an agreement with the help of a lawyer.

Why do you need the compensation/alimony from your husband ? Please clarify. Your husband has never troubled you in your married life then why do you want trouble him at the Divorce. I am sure you can keep the custody of your child as well.
