Legal Question in Family Law in India

MY divorce took place in court , they granted me 8 lakshs, the case was taken up by my uncle , he died ..he had the entire divorce money..now the money is with aunty..can she misuse the money..i dont know in whose name yje divorce money was given..in whose name will the court issue divorce money..plz answer me. i am worried if my aunty may not give the money & what if she uses it.

It is strange that the divorce money was not credited in your account. One has to go through the court order.
