Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am an executive in a PSU.my husband is also working in the same grade same deptt.i have a flat at kolkata in the joint name of my mother & me. my husband is very greedy. i want to go for seperation & he is not ready for seperation.he wants to harass me.can he claim a share in my flat? he has a house at bhilai in his single name where i have also invested money but i have no documentory proof. can i have a claim in his house? please help.
