Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have file a divorce on the bases of cruelty. we are living separately for more then one and half years. 498a is pending in the court. my husband has filed sec 9. he withdraw sec 9 now.does it helps me to get divorce soon. how much time it will take to get divorce?
