Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi I am Gopikrishna. My sister is facing issues with her husband i.e for additional dowry and that she has to get a government job. He is harassing her by beating and giving her mental torture. She is now living in Produtur. Her husband is working with APGENCO as AE. And when we place this issues infront of elderly people he behaves as like he is very soft and make people think that he is not of that kind.

Could you please let me know how can i lodge a compliant as griha himsa on him.

File complaint under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. to register case under498 IPC.Explain whole story in complaint and also file case of domestic violence.
