Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to hire a surrogate mother in India. What legal grounds do I have to make sure she can not keep the baby? I heard of a legal contract she has to sine but is that contract sined before conception or after giving birth? Will this contract stand up in court? We will not use our sperm or eggs we will get this from another source.

Yes this is possible but if you are from other country then there are specific rules and the lady is to be ready and sign the contract before conception.
