Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been living with a woman for close to three years. I am yet to be married to her. She keeps abusing in unwanted language and tourchering me physically with cooking stuffs, broom etc. regularly. I am totally disappointed with her activity and want relief from her. Please help how can I leave her...

In law, "Live-in" relationship has now been equated with "marriage". Therefore, if you are considering separation, you should be prepared to make payment of maintenance allowance to her or adequate compensation for her living. She may also be entitled to 'shared accommodation' where she is living.
