Can a husband file a cheatinf case if the wife has left husband intentionally after the marriage. The marriage is also not consumated and it is mental cruelty against husband. Can the husband file the case of defamation as well for this.

Sure, one may file a complaint for cheating and for defamation, if the facts constitutes the offence of cheating and of defamation, legally.
No ,husband can file a case for Divorce and rest of the opinion given above would not give you any relief and on the contrary your wife would file false cases against you and your family.
in case she has left you, you can file a petition for divorce on the ground of desertion but if she does not want to stay with you, you cannot accuse her of cheating and defamation.
