Legal Question in Family Law in India

if my husband not ready to give any elemony and said he is out of property if has no paper cutting of out of property proof he shows himself in a rashan card his grandmother son.he has one rashan card copy in which his grandmother is shown mother in place of his mother name.if said he has no money to pay or not ready to give me any property.he has nothing then what i said in women cell and he is not ready to live with me.in nut shell he is not ready to give any elemoney or property to me if i have right to claim anything from him bcs our marriage ws held in 10.7.2004.i am in trouble kindly sujest me wt i can do in women cell.he said his family is not responsible for anything as he is out of property.is his family responsible or not wt should i do tomm is my date in women cell he said my character is not good.if i wnt to left him wt demad i can do. or if dont give anything to me.

in case you are neither being maintained by him nor you being provided with any alimony, you may move the court seeking appropriate financial assistance from your husband.
