Legal Question in Family Law in India

would my inlows and husband compromise to take me to matrimonial home.i want to go there.my complaint is registered in women cell.i attended my hearing date thrice.in last date my husband changed his decision not to take me back.i m filing my case to court now. i dont want divorce.please suggest.how to pressurize on them.

One cannot make a marriage survive by 'pressure'; it has to be built on mutual respect, love, trust and affection.

If it is a pressure situation, best is divorce.
