Legal Question in Family Law in India

would my inlows and husband compromise to take me to matrimonial home.i want to go there.my complaint is registered in women cell.i attended my hearing date thrice.in last date my husband changed his decision to take me back.they don want.i m filing my case to court now. i dont want divorce.please suggest.how to pressurize on them.
