Legal Question in Family Law in India

if we make a stamp paper asking person to sign off that he/she by will (getting married) is that valid. Secondly would like to know how much importance PRENUPTIAL agreement has in india.

Pre-nup agreements cannot be enforced in India, as it would be contrary to Indian Contract Act
