you may not have to go through the harassment of sexual examination as you were married to him and presumption of consummation can be drawn. you may go for RCR.

Hello,

Please do not be afraid and proceed with RCR.

Keep your certificates and photographs safe.

Make sufficient photocopies of the same.

Keep original/copies with two or more friends/relatives.

You can file RCR if you have proof of marriage like photograph and marriage certificate. Medical examination is not required.

File case of RCR and demand the court to send your husband back to you,

Even you may file case of DVA and demand to live alongwith your husband in his house.

Good Luck.
