dear client if property of parents is ancestral then u both have equal share. if property is self earned by parents then they can dispose it according to their wish. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

If it is ancestral both of you take equal share, if it is self acquired by your parents they can give it the way they like by Will. In the event of intestate succession, both of take equal share.
