Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,

Right now my Brother is outside of India.

But In India there are two case upon him. It started before 1 year.

1) 498 & I got bail (local court)

2) reconciliation application as per HMA in District Court

we have a lawyer for these 2 cases. but unfortunately lawyer died. now i dont know what to do. if my brother will come in india than there is any problem for him. he didnt attend any court procedure after he got bail. he gone to singapore.

Now he wants to come India so is there any problem for him. he want to come for 7 days. so in the airport will he catch by police.??
