Legal Question in Family Law in India

need to get seperated from my husband . i m 59 n he 73 . he is age but healthy . through out the married life he was impossible . it is his nature .now i can take it . looking at his age i do not want to make his life miserable as due to his nature he has zero supports. i just want to be seperated legally . he can stay in my house in a room but this seperation would stop him from mental tortures to me . please guide

Yes. You may go for Judicial Separation instead of Divorce.

At this age, To avoid mental tortures, by cotton, u may shut ur ears or his mouth without harm! LOL
