sir i have filed 498a & DVC on my husband he has filed OP for divorce but i had an offer to study in UK i left the country 17 months back the cases are in trile stage i have given special power to my father to attend the calls. In op my spa was dismissed i have another 6 months of study left if i come now all my effort will be gone i will loose my PG COURSE is it essencial to attend the calls by myself or can i pray the court for some time for complection of my pg course please let me know if there is any way in this matter thanks ®ards

in case you are being represented by your lawyer, you may ask him to seek exemption. in case the SPA is dismissed due to any technical fault, it can be re filed.

File the exemption in the court.

What was the reason for the dismissal of the SPA, if it was only a technical reason, make another SPA.
