There are legal ways of filing suit for restitution of conjugal rights, but i dont advise legal recourse in matrimonial disputes, as the same tends to worst the things then saving. If there is better way of mediation or etc. then better opt for that.

File case of RCR and if she did not agreed to come to you then you will left only one option of divorce. Rest consult your local lawyer.
