Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, i have pronounced talaq to my wife which she is unaware. i have also applied for decree order in court on the basis of the talaqnamah. is my case easy to obtain the decree from court becoj we are already divorced as per muslim law but we just need a legal document from court as i am a central govt employee. also please suggest me if u can on the matter to obtain the decree. looking forward for your kind reply
