my wife deserted me since 15 month my marriage held on july 2008.

after 15 month i file sec 9 .in this case she refused to come back in counselling

she shows the interest in divorce and also file sec 24

what i will do

my advocate advice to file the divorce case and withraw sec 9

plse advice
