Legal Question in Family Law in India

Anybody tell me how much time required for consent divorce because husband in not ready for mutual divorce.it is an 10 months unconsumatted marriage.after 8 month of marriage I found that husband has some physical problem I took him to a doctor he wrote him some medicine but husband is neither ready for making physical relation nor mutual divorce.plz tell me what I do I have dr;s prescription.can I use it as an evidence.i want divorce as soon as possible but husband is not ready for mutual divorce in any condition.plz tell me what I do other wise I will commit sucide because there is no another option.
