Sir:

Let teaching of lesson be left to the GOD. We do our job.

Since your wife has filed the divorce, she will have to prove what she is alleging. (You have not stated as to on what grounds she has filed the divorce. If it is ground of impotency, she will have to prove that you are impotent. she has to bring in the medical evidence. In one wk time, there is no way, she could have precipitated that one is impotent, especially, if she did not even allow you to touch her. You have a strong case to contest divorce. But, knowing that she has an affair with some one else how could and how would you live with her.

So, in order to contest the case, you file your reply bringing in all the facts which would justify your stand and demolish her case.

Have faith in God and contest the matter through your advocate.

Good Luck!

Regards

mere averment that you are impotent does not prove that you are. you can prove in the court that she willfully refused to consummate the marriage and she was psychologically impotent towards you. however, after going through other facts of the case, a better strategy can be devised.

Your wife has to prove your impotency and only allegations by her are not enough to get divorce.
