Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I bought a flat from a promoter and got it registered. Now a local club has come and fenced my garage and some other area claiming that they have an agreement with the landlord to provide them a club space in the premises. I complained in police station but in vain. Can we remove them and how to do so ?

Dear Sir,

Go thro' the object clause of the very promoter that you have purchased flat, and confirm it.
