Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
A challenging question abut Law? What Law says about this? Is it legal in India?
If you will post a matrimonial advertisement in newspaper & some matrimonial website posts your advertisement in their web-site without taking your permission from you (Written or oral). What action you can take?
This is just an imaginary situation to know law. So please tell me 3 things
1. Its breach (break) of which law?
2. What action one can take?
3. What consequence will be faced by guilty?
If only Contact name and other detail like Mobile number, Phone number, E-mail ID etc is taken and no photograph is stolen and posted. Here I don�t think they have taken any ID? So. Please answer considering this. Thanks you a lot in advance.
