My Father has inherited land in a prime area from my Grandfather,as he was not able to go ahead with construction with his income, I have taken bank loan and have constructed a house, but the house is registered on my father's name. Now my father claims I do not have any right on the property, I have spent lot of money on the property till date and also let my father enjoy the entire rent obtained from the property, can you kindly advise how to claim my right on the property

As the property belonged to your grand father (I presume you are a hindu); you are entitled to a share in the property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Securitization of the property papers with the bank will come to your aid in future, as there is ample third party evidence that all the monies for construction of the house has been spent by you from your own resources and earnings. You should insist and ensure that half of the lease contracts for rentals are made with you as the lessor, and the other half made with your father as the lessor. If your father disagrees to this proposition, ensure that both you and your father are joint lessors in the lease rental agreements.

In ancestral property you have a share in the same with other legal heirs. You can ask for it.
This is your fathers self acquired property to begin with and you as a son has no right or share in it. This is the latest law on succession in India.
