Dear Mr.Patel,

As per section 8 of Hindu Succession Act, only class I heirs have right over the property. Your daughter does not fall in class I heirs of your father, hence cannot claim her share in this property.

Dear D Patel,

As per Hindu Succession Act, the property title vests in your mother and thereafter both the brothers and the married sister have a 1/3rd share in the property.

Married daughter is your sister? If yes, she has a right. If she is grand daughter no.
