Dear Sir / Madam,

(Charkop, Mumbai, Maharashtra)

The tenant is required to park his car in the parking space allotted by the Society to the owner of the flat. The Society should inform the tenant and the Owner not to violate this policy and if they repeat the offence, the Society will compel the Owner to expel the tenant from the flat.

The Society can report the matter to the Registrar of Co-op. Hsg. Societies and seek his intervention to resolve the issue.
