Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
The final hearing of my case has been concluded on December, 2008 but till now the Judges of Appellant Court of Calcutta High Court did not deliver any judgement inspite of repeated verbal mention made by our Senior Advocate. Have there any systems to get the judgement without irritating the Judges ? I fear any step may bring annoyance to respective judges. Please advise me.
