Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

illegemate son of my father who passed away 2 years has filled a pcr and he has alleged that i was totrturing him for money and property, and which led to his death, and also has written that I have forged the will of my father, I say that my father died because of multi organ failure,and i donot have any will nor property documents,My mother is aged 75 years and I have a married sister and I am also married , please let me know if the illegemate son files a pcr without any proof or evidence how that will be solved, why police ask me for family tree and will papers and property documents which are not with me Shall I file a defarmation case againt my fathers illegemate son. please advice
