i am having a joint property in delhi .i am having 1/7 share all my parners have sold there share to a builder what should i do to stop him from entering my premises and stop him from any kind of construction

if this is a joint property in the name of all and no partition had done they can not sell it without your permission .if this is the case go to court and take stay on sale .

if partition had done or your shares are determined than file a suit for a injunction .

you need to seek the partition by metes and bounds. your share of the property would be determined thereafter, you may seek an injunction against the builder.
