Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i'm a karta of a huf consisting of my brothers and sisters. my brothers have also smaller huf. we have some properties, some in our individual names, some in the name of hufs. we arrived at a mutual settlement one year back, now someone (individual) is not agree to obey the terms of such settlement and as such not transferring some properties in his name. can we file a suit for declaration, as one advised me?
