i have given a blank signed leger paper to my friend i want to know whether a person can claim any thing by writing on plain signed paper or what is the validity of that empty paper which is signed by me can a person claim any thing as he likes please advice

If you can prove that the paper when signed by you was blank and such blank signed paper was delivered by you to your said friend, then nobody can claim anything. On the contrary you will be able to prosecute any person who writes anything on that paper.
