what is the diffrence bitween Advocate and Vakil and Pleader?

Vakil & Pleader used to be there in earlier times. After passing of Advocates Act, only Advocates are enrolled.

Advocate Pleader Vakil are all the same that is lawyers or advocates. There is no such thing as court of records. Yes if you want to know what is Court Records? Then Court records mean all case papers & documents and all proofs filed in court and all the orders and judgements passed in that case are called court records. thks shantarao associates 09920563943
