Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Petitioner has filed a declaration suit that landlord was having 1000 sq-ft of land and he had made registry of 1300 sq ft to defendant and made petitioner the witness of the registry and has demanded for permanent injection of 300 sq-ft in declaration suit and has demanded the decree of 300 sq-ft land in his name in release.
So, can court give permanent injection in favor of petitioner without cancelling the registry ?
