Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I have a plot of land in my village. It is somewhat fenced. I have an apprehension that the neighbour may encroach on the land to make a way/road through the land. I stay away from the village. In case he encroaches and I come to know of it some days late, what legal remedy can I seek?
