Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
sir help me. problem is:-
plaintiff is a son of one "A",
"A" is dead.
plaintiff pleaded that he is a valid son of "A" as his mother was legally married with "A".
according to plaintiff:- "A" has 3 wives. the first wife that is mother of plaintiff, was legally wedded wife of "A".other 2 wives are said to be wives by chudi(bangel) pratha. defendant persons are the childrens of the other 2 wives. Plaintff pleaded that he is the absolute owner of the the property of his grandmother. since the defendant persons are not from valid wedlock, they are not entitled in the property. PLZZZZZZZZZ give ur opinion sir. Thanku SOO much.
