Hello Sir,
There is a big house in Bellary (karnataka state) where there are 5 sons and 5 daughters and there mother who are theowners of that house.My questions is that the sons for there property are not welling to give a single pie to there sisters which are 5.The sisters asked me to buy there shares and pay them the amount and among the sons one is ready to give his share also.can i pay the amount of there shares and get it register...
Please suggest me the right way.

Who are sons not to give share to there 5 sisters when the mother is the owner . Mother can give,sell or gift her property to anyone and if she dies intestate then all the siblings have equal share in the property.
