Birth certificate

I wan't to know that,whether my brother's name is registered or not? (still now he have no birth certificate)

check in voters list if he is major otherwise check ration card.

Birth has to be cumpulsorily registered at the local municipality. You should go to the local municipality office and provide them necessary details and ask for copies of birth certificate, which they are bound to provide under law on payment of nominal charges.
