Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
burdens in echs
sir I am a Medical Officer in echs i am paid only 15000 per month and working for 8 hours now one M.D. Doctor is appointed paid 25000 works for 1 hour per day sees only 4 to 5 patients i am seeing more than 100 patients per day i was given mental strain pls help

While you may be overworked, legal remedy lies only when:
1. Your fundamental rights have been violated;
2. Your terms of contract have been violated;
3. You are paid less than you were promised;
4. You are being given too much work.
