i entered USA on B2 visa for my test.i got infatuated with a US citizen girl.i got married after four month in a county court n then came back to india week after my marriage to collect my degree from my college.my wife has not filed my case yet in the immigration dept. so my questions

1.DO I QUALIFY FOR A SPOUSE VISA? 2.HOW WILL I GET A SPOUSE VISA BECAUSE IT IS ISSUED BY THE COUNTRY WHERE THE MARRIAGE TOOK PLACE,THE MARRIAGE TOOK PLACE IN U.S BUT I AM IN INDIA CURRENTLY AND LEGALLY I CANT USE MY B2 VISA AS I AM MARRIED ....PLEASE GUIDE

Yes, your US citizen wife can petition for your immigrant (spousal) visa to the United States.

It will take some time for a petition to be approved and a visa issued to you.
