Sir,

I need some legal help regarding family problem. actully i have got C visa of romnia Through from sponsorship. now i have prepared all the legal documents which i need to go. but my family do not want me to go becouse they have some dominating problem to not let me use my freedom. how i want so that they made all xerox copy of my documents and also took my passport and placed in safe place where i can't reach.

Also they are threatning me that we will go post a legal case ( Criminal case ) with help of money so that u won't able to go. also to cancel the passport.

i need advice that what should i do from my side to not make any problem for me during leave thsi country.

please tell me the necessary thing's which can in my favor.

No one can cancel your passport or visa. And as far your family cannot take any legal action regarding this through influential sources. You are a major member. So take a wise decision or else consult a local lawyer to take action against your family. Take care!
