Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
conveyance of property
I have 1200 sqft of bunglow at mumbai thakur village , my prop consist of stilt and upper two floors with open land abt 6000 sqft and attached with other building which shows there are 2 building ataached to each other as a and b(mine) but in presence the building b is having individual open plot. This property was morgadege by older owner with cosmos bank and after that one of the party purchas the prop from bank after that i have purchase the prop . But this old owners had never taken the conveyance or any rights from the builder . Is it neseesary to have the conveyance or rights as now the property is bounded by walls and have security seprately . I had inqired for conveyance from builder but he says the layout of my premises and other 4 buildings are same and the menbers of the other building have putted the case on the builder for conveyance so he says he can give rights let me know what i can do as in presence it is not actually nesessary for it but i want to know is it nesseary and what is the prosidure for getting it legally.

It may be necessary for you to have the conveyance deed in your favour. You should obtain the original title deed and based upon the conveyance deed in your favour, you may seek transfer of the property in your name.
