Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
If I am an Indian scientist working for an American company and have a trade secret. I am bound by a non-disclosure agreement at the time of termination of employment at the American company. Can the Indian Controller of Patents force me to reveal it to him or to a third party (interested)? What are my rights? [some legal provisions, Act etc??]
