Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
i am located in mount abu rajasthan dere i bought a small piece of land i paid the amount to the land owner and got property registered in sub registrar office. after some time around one year i aproached for mutation and came to kno land owner took loan on that land after my registration. so the mutation was nt possible now land owner want to return money and take his land back that i dont wana do so wat can i do now.

Your question is confusing . How could the seller after selling his property and that too after executing sale deed in your favour got loan from the bank on this property . Which bank would do this ? Please clarify.
